Looking forward to kicking off the new year with some great swims today.  I have attached the swimmer's events so you can mark your swimmer's arms with Event, Heat and Lane info.  See the example picture attache on how to mark your swimmer's arms.

Items to bring:  Extra towels to sit on, or folding chair, Water or Sports Drink, Snacks, book or games. 

Where: Cowart YMCA Address: 3692 Ashford Dunwoody Rd, Atlanta, GA 30319

When: Check-in: 3pm - Warm-up: 3:30pm - Meet Start at 4pm
